Energy performance certificates

An energy performance certificate is required when a property is built, sold or rented. It contains information about a properties energy use, typical energy costs and recommendations about how to reduce energy use and save money. The EPC will give a property an energy rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and is valid for 10 years. We refer to an accredited assessor who can arrange to carry out an EPC for your property. One must be ordered before we begin any marketing.
